Mary M. Lyneis is a
2001 Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of
Detroit School of Law. Prior to graduating from law
school, Ms. Lyneis gained extensive legal experience
working for over 25 years as a paralegal with James H.
LoPrete for a private practice law firm.
Her
primary areas of practice include drafting estate plans,
administration of estates and trusts, guardianships and
conservatorships, preparation of federal estate and gift
tax returns, estate/trust and individual income tax
returns, probate and trust litigation, as well as elder
law and formation and administration of non-profit
organizations.
Ms.
Lyneis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human
Resources from Concordia College in Ann Arbor Ms. Lyneis
is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Probate and Tax
Sections and the Oakland County Bar Association Probate
Section. She served as Treasurer of the Village Women’s
Club Foundation, and is currently on the board of the
Brighton Hospital Foundation. She also serves as
secretary and trustee on the board of several private
foundations |
